Who are we...
Dr. Nandini and Dr. Sudheesh, both distinguished dental professionals, graduated from esteemed institutions in India and went on to specialize in Paediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery, respectively, completing their Master's degrees in 2014. Since then, they have been working together, gaining invaluable experience as Lecturers in both India and Malaysia. Their teaching roles spanned diverse curricula, allowing them to develop expertise in various educational methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of learning for their students.
In 2019, Nandini and Sudheesh earned the prestigious Diploma of Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS), a milestone that marked the beginning of their aspirations to practice dentistry in the UK—what they fondly refer to as their ‘London Dreams.’ These dreams materialized in 2020 when Nandini successfully obtained her Licensure in Dental Surgery (LDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, while Sudheesh passed his Overseas Registration Exam (ORE) on his first attempt.
They both began practicing in the UK in 2021, initially in London before relocating to Kent, where they currently practice in a mixed NHS/Private setting. In addition to their clinical work, they both teach at the prestigeous King's Dental Institute, Kings College London as Clinical Teachers in Paediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery. This has helped them understands the UK curriculum and provide overseas students with an idea of how dentistry is taught in the UK which helps aspiring students with a wealth of knowledge prepariing for licensure exams.
With their recent success in navigating competitive exams and their extensive teaching experience, Nandini and Sudheesh are uniquely positioned to guide and mentor aspiring dental professionals. Whether preparing for registration exams such as the ORE and LDS, or post-graduate membership exams like the MFDS or MFD, they offer students the knowledge, strategies, and confidence needed to succeed.

Dream big and aim high!
From being a Trainee Oral Surgeon at the College of Dental Sciences in India to becoming a Trainer in Oral Surgery at King’s College London, UK, my journey has been challenging yet profoundly rewarding. Transitioning from a tutee to a tutor has not been an easy path, but every step has been worth the effort.
To reach any significant height—whether climbing a ladder, scaling a mountain, or advancing in one’s career—the most crucial part is always the first step. For me, that pivotal first step was the ORE, the key that enabled me to register with the General Dental Council (GDC) in the UK.
